Blood is something that supports our life.  With the availability of healthy blood, the body will be able to receive enough oxygen, vitamins, minerals and many other things that support a life itself.  There are many things that can cause someone to need extra blood whether the body is not able to produce the amount of blood needed by the body or the body is needed more blood due to some accident.  Blood Donation in this case is required.  This way, the body will be able to receive additional blood in lot faster time and in most cases, the donation could save one’s life.

So, the question is who can donate it?  Actually Blood Donation doesn’t depend on gender.  Every men and women is able to donate their blood.  However, there are several requirements that you need to follow first before donating your blood.  The first one is that you need to make sure that you’re currently between 18 to 55 years old.  Of course, before Blood Donation is occurred, you need to make sure that you’re in perfect shape, which mean you don’t have any sickness such as epilepsy, asthma and others.
